Stefanie Tovar leads with her Heart…whether on a yoga mat, through creative expression of herself or in encouraging your expression…Stefanie passionately shows up in service to Freeing Community.

Stefanie has been on a journey of accessing this potential through the practice of facilitating Yoga since 2008 and through the formation of her 501c3 nonprofit in 2017.

She is now ready to contribute all of her talents towards Collective Freedom as a Performing Artist…Healing herself and community through the Healing Arts of writing, storytelling, and music while inviting you to join her in this Walk.

Stefanie has been known for her sensual Vinyasa Yoga flows and her restorative savasanas, where she serenades students with devotional harmonium music. Stefanie's passion for holistic wellness has led her to offer studio classes, workshops, and private sessions across Texas and the nation and has presented at Various Festivals to include SXSW, Sedona Yoga Festival, Cosmic Yogi Festival and more!

Stefanie has a recent past of teaching and presenting at various studios and Retreat Centers to include Uptown Yoga, The Mat Yoga Studio, Retreat in the Pines, Dallas Yoga Center, Indigo Yoga, Two Rivers Yoga and currently with organizations local and across the nation to include Dallas Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation, Cara Mia Theatre, No More Martyrs, Driftless Yoga Festival, Yogis Unidos, Amphibian Stage Productions, the Human Rights Initiative and more!

Given Covid-19 and the Collective Calling towards Racial Justice and Healing, Stefanie has decided to keep most of her offerings online to inspire wellness for ALL; and has been excited to include students she has met during her time teaching in the Hill Country and at Festivals. Stefanie is ECSTATIC to launch Collective Awakening: an online community that is AntiRacist, Inclusive and Normalizing Human Courage and Truth through Movement, Historical and Contextual Education, Sacred Sound, and Self Discovery as we relate to this Healing and Awakening World around us.

Stefanie was offering Donation Based Yoga Classes through her YouTube Channel with suggested donations starting at $10. These classes were livestreamed but are still on her channel for people to access and practice when they can/need so donations are still welcome and appreciated.
