This is to support a Future: a future that is Inclusive, AntiRacist, and Free.

And May it Be with Your Help and the Help of All that is Sacred.

as although this begins with me, I acknowledge that I am not meant to lead all offerings nor am meant to hold the space of the teacher on my own...as there is room for me to Learn...from a collective of al those who choose to join us and a collective of facilitators...we are not meant to do any of this work alone...it requires ALL OF US!

AWAKENING ~

I hope that this serves as a Calling Up and an Invitation to Awaken to what wellness truly means within us and around us...oftentimes wellness stays isolated to the self or to the led practice. I am inviting us to Awaken to what it means to be well and to champion wellness for collective liberation...as a way for us explore and practice off the mat with awareness to the intersectionality between wellness philosophies and the world as we Understand it.
