Many Book Clubs focus on gathering after reading a book and discussing what they learned.  Community can gather with hope to expand the Mind.

Embodiment Book Club is about taking our time with the content to allow it to impact our Bodies, Minds and Hearts.  Each gathering we will focus on a book over time so that we can allow time to discuss, reflect and process the teachings.  We will gather to not only speak our reflections together, but to also  allow the lessons to stay within us through practices of movement, meditation and at times sound.

Our First book selected is "My Grandmother's Hands" by Resmaa Menakem.

You can purchase the book through the author's website (https://www.resmaa.com/books), bookshop.org, or Barnes & Noble. You can also find it on Amazon, Kindle or Audible.⠀

*By March 13th we will try to have read from ix-26 so we can focus purely on those pages...those teachings.

May the impactful words we read not be lost on us.

Because we want to LIVE the lessons and teachings.

Because together we can embody the shifts we are called to make... so we can together Remember the shift we wish to live into.
